    Promogran is a sterile freeze-dried wound dressing matrix comprised of 55% Collagen and 44% Oxidized RegeneratedIn the presence of exudate the Promogran Dressing transforms into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel, and thus allows contact with all areas of the wound. Promogran Dressing maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface. This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelialization and rapid wound healing.


    Promogran Indications

    Promogran is for the management of all wounds healing by secondary intent which are clear of necrotic tissue, including:
    • Diabetic ulcers 
    • Venous ulcers 
    • Pressure ulcers 
    • Ulcers caused by mixed vascular aetiologies 
    • Traumatic and surgical wounds
